The Brownie Box FAQ

1How long will it take for my goodies to arrive?
We will be working hard all week baking to bring you some of the freshest and most delicious brownies anywhere.

All orders purchased on Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday for delivery (hopefully) on Tuesday. We have had a great track record of next working day delivery.

All orders placed after Sunday will be shipped off the following working day.
2How much do you charge postage?
All our boxes include postage using Royal Mails tracked 24 service (£5.45 per box shipped). All orders will be shipped in their own box. We have done this to eliminate any crushing of our brownies by having multiple boxes together.

So, order Sunday and your goodies should be with you by the Tuesday.
3Can I change my order once checked out?
Unfortunately, once you’ve checked out, we cannot add to that order.

Please contact us and we can try and sort it out directly. Please bare In mind our WhatsApp messages do not get read until we re-open on Monday at 9am.
4Will I receive a confirmation text or email?
Yes, all orders will receive a confirmation email, and once dispatched your account will have all the tracking information.

(Please double check emails and mobile numbers are typed correctly in your account - and also check Spam or Junk folders)
5Do I get a tracking number
Yes - You will receive full tracking information when we despatch the order, with an estimated time of delivery on the day via Royal Mail.

You can choose to receive SMS or eMail notifications when you're checking out.
6Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately we don’t offer specific delivery days.
7What is the best before date for your brownies?
All our brownies are best eaten from the fridge. These will keep fresh in an airtight container for about 3/4 days, in the fridge they will keep nice and fudgey for about a week. You can also freeze our brownies and we have had some for 3 months, dragged them out. Once thawed they were just as fresh as if they had been in the fridge.

All items will come with an individual allergy label which also includes storage information and a best before date.
8Do you deliver outside the UK?
We do not currently send items outside of the UK. This may change, but for now it is not possible to ship and get to you while still fresh.
9Can I order for collection?
Or course, when in the check out if you choose click and collect. We will notify you when your item is ready for pick up. You do not get a discount for collection.
